    All praise be to Allah the Most Gracious and the Most Merciful, for giving me the strength and ability to complete this thesis. Peace and blessing be upon Prophet Muhammad SAW., his families, his relatives and all his followers. First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my teacher and supervisor Prof. Dr. Ikhtiar Khan for his patience, motivation, enthusiasm, and immense knowledge. It has been an honor to be his student. I appreciate all his contributions of time and ideas to make my Ph.D. experience productive and stimulating. The joy and enthusiasm he has for research work was contagious and motivational for me. He has contributed immensely to my personal and professional grooming at this Institute.
