    All praise be to Allah the Most Gracious and the Most Merciful, for giving me the strength and ability to complete this thesis. First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my teacher and supervisor Prof. Dr. Ikhtiar Khan for his patience, motivation, enthusiasm, and immense knowledge.
