    First and above All praises to Almighty Allah, and Peace of Allah be upon last Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be upon Him) who is an everlasting source of knowledge and guidance for the whole mankind in the world, for providing me capability and strength to complete my research work successfully. My pleasant thanks to my supervisor Dr. Sardar Khan Associate Professor in Department of Environmental Sciences, University of Peshawar who guide me to complete my research. I want to express my deep thanks to my sincere husband for the insightful discussion, offering valuable advice and especially for his patience and guidance during the writing process. I would like to thanks to Shahida Nasreen Zakir for her kind support to conduct my lab experiments on time for the availability of necessary laboratory instruments in limited financial resources.
