Abstract
Mental health problems such as stress, anxiety and low mood are becoming very common, especially among students and youngsters. Many people do not realize that their daily food choices, like chemical-free organic nutrients play an important role in mental well-being. Most mobile applications focus on therapy or fitness but they do not clearly explain the connection between nutrients and mental health. This study aims to design a UX/UI mobile application that promotes awareness of chemical-free organic nutrients and their benefits for mental well-being.For this purpose, research was conducted to understand the relationship between nutrition and mental health and existing applications were analyzed to identify gaps. User needs were also studied to create a simple and effective design. Based on this process, a user-friendly mobile application was designed with easy content, clear visuals and interactive features to help users learn and apply healthy habits in their daily life. The findings suggested that combining UX/UI design with nutrients awareness can improve user understanding and engagement. This study highlighted the importance of simple digital solutions in promoting healthier lifestyles. Overall, the project shows that a well-designed mobile application can support mental well-being by encouraging better and more informed food choices.
